Refund Policy
1. Service Refunds

All services are non-refundable once they have been completed.

We take pride in our work, and if you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24–48 hours so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution.

Adjustments or corrections may be offered at the discretion of Sony Salon.
2. Deposits

Deposits made for appointments are non-refundable.

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the required notice period.
3. Promotions, Packages & Memberships

First-time guest packages, discounted bundles, and promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packages and memberships are non-refundable after purchase. However, if you are unable to continue due to medical reasons, please contact us to discuss options.
4. Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled within our allowed window (as per our cancellation policy) may be rescheduled.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in the forfeit of the session without refund.
