• Promotions like “Buy 9, Get 3 Free” and “First First Eyebrow Threading” are exclusively for first-time guests. These offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts, passes, or promotions.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be made online or in person.

• We recommend arriving on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

• Sony Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with salon policies..

• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

3. Payments

• We accept various forms of payment, including cash and major credit/debit cards.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds & Returns

• All service sales are final.

5. Rewards & Memberships

• Points and credits earned through our rewards program are non-transferable.

• Packages and memberships are valid only for the client who purchased them.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for informing staff of any allergies, skin conditions, medications, or sensitivities prior to services.

• Sony Salon is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if it could impact your health or safety.

9. Sony Salon Gift Card Policy

• Gift cards are redeemable for all services offered at Sony Salon and must be presented at the time of appointment.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat your gift card like cash.

• If the total service amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of service.

• Gift cards may be used toward multiple visits until the full balance is used.

• Promotions, discounts, or special offers may not be combined with gift card redemptions unless otherwise stated.

• Sony Salon reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Sony Salon provides beauty and aesthetic services including, but not limited to, eyebrow threading, waxing, facials, and lash treatments.

• All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to availability.
